Several days with stunning glaciers, followed by two weeks of challenging ocean passage
The journey starts in the fjords and islands of southwest Greenland. These are the landscapes where green and rocky valleys come close
to glaciers falling directly to the sea. After several days of sightseeing we embark to a really challenging 1600-miles offshore connecting
the icy waters to the warm Gulfstream current and magnificent islands of Azores.

and Airports:
🇬🇱 Narsarsuaq: Narsarsuaq [UAK]
🇵🇹 Angra do Heroismo: Terceira [TER]
Tips ON getting
To the boat
from the boat
There are several direct flights per week connecting Narsarsuaq Airport [UAK] with Copenhagen and Reykjavik, including the day of crew change, 27th of August. These flights are operated by Airgreenland and Icelandair, respectively. You can also reach Narsarsuaq Airport with a transfer flight from Nuuk.
Angra is connected to the rest of the world by international airport of Terceira island [TER]. Direct flights to Lisbon, Porto and even to the USA and Canada, operated by several air companies such and TAP Portugal, Sata Azores (Azores Airlines), and Ryanair. The easy and cheap way may also be to make a transfer in Ponta Delgada [PDL], that is busier than Terceira and has 6 short cheap flights daily to/from [TER].
Ocean Crossing:
We mark
the difficulty
of this stage
as 4 out of 5.
Navigate through the treacherous waters of the North Atlantic, embarking on a challenging voyage from Greenland to the southwest shores of Greenland. Prepare for long days at sea, battling strong winds, towering waves, and frigid temperatures, as we make
our way towards our final destination.
That means: the passage is really hard. It comes with a long offshore, challenging winds, and big waves. We can offer the unexperienced sailors to take part only if the rest of the crew is strong enough.

Talking about this exact stage, it is all offshore except several days
of xploring the fjords of Greenland in the beginning. That means
we wouldn’t see any land for about 12 days, living from one watch
to another, and we’ll also navigate quite challenging cold waters
of the North Atlantic, and probably even encounter some storms
on our way. It is not too scary because the boat is strong
and seaworthy, but it’s not an easy ride at all.
Arctic Expedition:
Natural Wonders:
Embark on a remarkable journey along the rugged coast
of East Greenland, venturing into a realm of towering icebergs, majestic fjords, and pristine wilderness. Encounter traditional communities living amidst the icy landscapes, gaining insights
into their time-honored way of life.
Marvel at the awe-inspiring beauty of Greenland’s glaciers, sculpted rock formations, and diverse wildlife, including seals, polar bears,
and Arctic seabirds. Experience the untamed wilderness
of East Greenland, where every vista is a testament to the power
and grandeur of nature.
